List (Order Management)

Order Management (the List) shows every order with stat cards, quick filters, three view modes, and a detail modal with its own tabs.

Overview

Stat cards summarize Total Orders, Revenue, Pending Orders, and Average Order Value. Quick order-type filters plus advanced filters narrow the table; click any row to open full details. Premium plans add Groupable and Pivot views.

Quick-type filters

One-click, mutually exclusive: Sale, Service, Return, Quote, Scrap, All Order Types.

View: Standard

  • Sortable, resizable columns: Order #, date, customer, phone/email, items & service-items count, service status, amount, discount, tax, status badge, payment status, order type.
  • Advanced filters: Status, Payment Status, Date range, Customer search, Location, Has-services.
  • Row → order details modal. Bulk select for batch actions.

View: Groupable (Premium)

  • Group by a field (order type, status, payment status, customer, location) with expandable groups, per-group totals (revenue, items, average), and CSV export.

View: Pivot (Premium)

  • Choose Rows, Columns, and Values (count, total revenue, average) for a cross-tab; drill into a cell to the underlying orders; export.

Order details modal

Opens from any row, with tabs:

  • Overview — customer, location/fulfillment, editable notes & discount, totals; actions: Edit, Delete, Convert quote→sale, Email/SMS/Print invoice.
  • Items — line items with price/qty/tax/warranty; edit, add, or remove in edit mode.
  • Payment (hidden for quotes/scrap) — payment methods, loyalty redemption, balance; add/edit payments, refund.
  • Notes — Customer, Shipping, and Internal notes.

Step by step: find an order

  1. Pick a quick-type filter or narrow with the advanced filters.
  2. Or type a customer name, phone, order #, or product into search.
  3. Click a row to open its details.

Step by step: export your orders

  1. Apply the filters you want.
  2. Click Export CSV — the current filtered view downloads.

Tips & best practices

  • Use the scheduled-date filter to pull service work for a specific day.
  • Open an order to see full payment history; the list shows only the summary.
  • Use Groupable/Pivot for quick revenue analysis without leaving the page.
