Connecting Google Business

  1. Click Connect Google Business
  2. Sign in with your Google account
  3. Select your business profile
  4. Authorize access

Response best practices
  • Positive reviews: Thank the customer, mention specifics
  • Negative reviews: Apologize, offer to resolve, take offline
  • All reviews: Respond within 24-48 hours

Requesting reviews

Send review requests after successful transactions:

  1. Select Request Review
  2. Choose customer(s)
  3. Customize message (optional)
  4. Send via SMS or email
