Overview

After connecting Google Business and selecting profiles, you get 30-day KPI cards and a grid of review cards with inline replies that sync back to Google.

Areas in detail

Connection & profile selection

  • Not connected: a feature card + Connect Google Business (and Demo).
  • Profile selection screen: checkbox list of verified profiles (name, address, type, verified badge), Refresh profiles, Disconnect/Reconnect, Continue with N Profiles.

KPI cards (30 days)

Total reviews, Positive (4–5★), Negative (1–2★), Average Rating, Need Reply.

Reviews grid

  • 3-column cards: reviewer name/photo, ★ rating, date, profile badge, review text; existing Business Response shown in a tinted box.
  • Unanswered reviews show an inline reply input (Enter to submit; posts to Google after moderation).

Header actions

Review Boost (launches an SMS review-request campaign), Refresh Reviews, Change Profiles, Fix Business Names (when generic names appear). Pagination, 20/page.

Step by step: connect and reply

  1. Click Connect Google Business, authorize, select profile(s), Continue.
  2. For each unanswered review, type a reply and press Enter.

Tips & best practices

  • KPIs are computed across all reviews, so they stay constant as you page.
  • Reply promptly — the Need Reply count tracks outstanding reviews.
  • Use Review Boost right after good service to earn more reviews.
