Bulk actions
Select multiple customers, then:

Groups tab
Create segments for targeted campaigns:
- Click Create Group
- Name the group (e.g., "VIP Customers", "Local Area")
- Save
Use groups in:
- SMS Campaigns for targeting
- Customer filtering
- Loyalty program enrollment

Tips
- Combine filters (Type + Marketing Consent) for compliant audiences

Troubleshooting
