The Customers page helps you manage relationships, segment audiences, and take action at scale.

Click any customer to open details:

Groups tab

Create segments for targeted campaigns:

  1. Click Create Group
  2. Name the group (e.g., "VIP Customers", "Local Area")
  3. Save

Use groups in:

  • SMS Campaigns for targeting
  • Customer filtering
  • Loyalty program enrollment

Tips

  • Combine filters (Type + Marketing Consent) for compliant audiences
  • Start with Analytics to find focus areas (high-value, at-risk)
  • Use Groups for efficient campaign targeting
