Customer Management is your CRM across three tabs — Customers, Marketing Groups, and Analytics — feeding your campaigns and messaging.

Customer Management

Overview

A paginated customer list with quick filters and search, segmentable into marketing groups, with bulk loyalty/group actions and a rich per-customer detail modal.

Tabs in detail

Customers

  • Search (name, email, business, phone) and filters: Status, Type, Tier, Marketing consent, Risk level, Service level.
  • Columns: name, phone, email, business, type, total orders, total spent, consent, risk, tags; per-row Send Message / View History (SMS) and Manage Groups.
  • Bulk actions (select rows): Add to Group, Add to Loyalty. Plus Add Customer, Refresh.

Marketing Groups

  • New Group or Create Group from Segment (filter-based audience).
  • Each group shows name, color, member count, description; view members, edit, delete.

Analytics

  • 30-day customer metrics (totals, active rate, type distribution, tier breakdown).

Tabs: Overview (contact, type/tier, status), Information (full address, tier, consent toggles), Details (communication frequency, service/risk level, preferences, compliance flags), Financial (lifetime value, AOV, recent orders), Loyalty (programs & balances, enroll), Groups (add/remove tags).

Step by step: build a marketing group

  1. On Marketing Groups, create a group (e.g. "VIP Customers").
  2. On Customers, filter/search to your target audience.
  3. Check the customers and click Add to Group.

Step by step: enroll customers in loyalty

  1. On Customers, select one or more customers.
  2. Click Add to Loyalty and choose a program.

Tips & best practices

  • Build groups from your most useful segments so campaigns target cleanly.
  • Combine the type filter with marketing-consent to keep audiences compliant.
  • Enroll high-value customers in loyalty in bulk rather than one at a time.
