SMS Campaigns

SMS Campaigns sends marketing texts to customer groups, with status tabs, a multi-step create flow, and a delivery-tracking detail modal.

SMS Campaigns

Overview

A sortable, filterable list of campaigns (name, status, type, preview, audience, schedule, groups). Statuses auto-refresh while in flight. Build new campaigns in a guided flow and track delivery per recipient.

Tabs in detail

Status tabs

All · Draft · Scheduled · Sent — filter the list by workflow stage. Plus search by name/description and an auto-refresh indicator while campaigns are Scheduled/Sending.

Create Campaign (flow)

  1. Basics — name and description.
  2. Content — SMS text with a live credit counter; optional MMS image (auto-compressed).
  3. Audience — choose customer groups, or a filtered audience (product keywords, marketing opt-in, purchase date/value ranges); shows estimated recipients and skipped counts; "create group from filters".
  4. Business profile (for Review Boost preset) — pick the profile whose review link is inserted.
  5. Scheduling — Immediate or a specific date/time, and the From number.
  • Consent check (before sending) — if the audience contains customers with a valid phone but who aren't fully SMS-opted-in (a customer counts as consented only when both SMS and marketing opt-in are on), a "Confirm SMS consent" dialog appears. Choose "Yes — they consented, include N" to record SMS + marketing consent on those customer profiles and add them to the send, or "No — text only the N consented" to skip them. Only confirm if those customers actually agreed to receive texts — confirming writes opt-in flags to their customer records.
  • Confirmation gate — the final dialog is titled Confirm send (immediate) or Confirm schedule (scheduled). It shows the consented recipient count, the From number, a skipped breakdown (no-consent / invalid phone), and a message preview; when you just granted consent it adds a "N customers just marked as SMS-consented and included" note. For a scheduled send it also notes that recipients are locked in from today's consented audience and anyone who opts out before the send time is automatically skipped. A progress bar tracks immediate sends.
