Loyalty Program

The Loyalty Program helps you reward repeat customers with points, discounts, and special offers.

Tabs overview

Tab	Purpose
Manage Programs	View and edit existing programs
Create Program	Launch new loyalty programs

Manage Programs tab

Each program card shows:

Info	Description
Name	Program title
Reward rate	% back to customers
Spend-to-earn	Spend required to earn points
Point value	$ value per point
Members	Enrolled customers
Status	Active or Inactive

Program actions

Action	How
Edit	Click pencil icon → modify → Save
Activate/Deactivate	Toggle program status
Delete	Remove program (irreversible)

Creating a program

1. Go to Create Program tab
2. Enter program details:

Field	Description
Name	Customer-facing program name
Description	What customers see
Spend amount	$ required to earn points
Points earned	Points per spend threshold
Point value	$ value when redeemed
Expiration	When points expire

3. Review calculated reward rate
4. Click Create

Program examples

Enrolling customers

From Customers page:

1. Select customers
2. Click Assign to Loyalty Program
3. Choose program
4. Confirm

Tips

• Keep reward rates between 5-15% for balance
• Use point expiration to encourage visits
• Clear program names help staff explain offers
• Coordinate with customer segments for targeting

Troubleshooting

Issue	Solution
No programs listed	Create your first in Create Program tab
Can't save changes	Check required fields are filled
Reward rate seems wrong	Verify spend amount and point value
Delete unavailable	Hover over card to reveal actions
