The Sales area is where transactions happen. Create new orders, schedule services, and review your sales history.

Typical workflow

New Sale → Schedule Service (if needed) → View in List → Track in Reports

Before you begin

  • Selling products? Ensure inventory exists (Inventory → Procurement)
  • Selling services? Set up service profiles (Catalog → Services)
  • Taking payments? Complete your business profile first
