Sales Overview

The Sales section is where money moves: ring up sales and quotes; schedule and dispatch service jobs; search, filter and export your order history, and start returns from it; log the visits that did not end in a sale; run the day's deliveries; and hand a customer a private page for their own order.

In the sidebar the Sales group holds New, Schedule, List, Routes, Walk-ins and Customer Portal. Routes shows unless the owner turns Delivery & Routes off, and Customer Portal is listed for everyone who can open Settings — it opens a settings pane only the owner can change (for anyone else every switch is greyed out), and it needs the portal switched on or a Pro, Premium or trial plan. Workforce and My Hours are in the Team group, just above Finance.
