Tabs in detail
Journal Entries

- Date range picker (default last ~20 days).
- Table columns: Date, Daily Note, work logs (Operations, Marketing, Sales, Service, Management), Inbound/Outbound Calls, Door Traffic, Mood, Status. Edit per row; ~7 entries/page.
Create Entry
- Fields: Daily Note (required), Operations/Marketing/Sales/Service/Management work (text), Inbound Calls, Outbound Calls, Door Traffic (numbers), Mood (select).
- Submit returns to the Entries tab (and feeds the dashboard's Today's Journal charts).
Step by step: log your day
- Open Create Entry.
- Write the daily note, fill calls/traffic and work logs, pick a mood.
- Submit.
Tips & best practices
- Log consistently — even a short daily note makes the trend charts meaningful.
- Use a consistent mood so patterns are easy to read.
- Zoom the date range to a single week for focused review.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Fix |
|---|---|
| Entries don't appear | They're outside the date range — widen it |
| Charts show "No data" | No entries in range; extend it backward |
| Form won't submit | The Daily Note is required |
