Services

The Services page manages everything you offer as a service—repairs, installations, consultations, and more.

Service attributes

Each service includes:

Attribute	Description
Name	Service title shown to customers
Description	What the service includes
Type	Repair, Maintenance, Installation, Consultation
Base price	Fixed cost portion
Hourly rate	Variable cost per hour
Duration	Estimated time to complete
Status	Active or Inactive

Creating a service

1. Click Add Service tab or button
2. Fill in required fields:
   • Service name
   • Service type
   • Base price or hourly rate
   • Estimated duration
3. Set status to Active if ready to sell
4. Click Save

Quick actions

Action	What it does
Edit	Modify service details
Duplicate	Create a copy (starts inactive)
Activate/Deactivate	Toggle visibility in Sales
Delete	Permanently remove service

Status badges

Badge	Meaning
Active	Available in Sales
Inactive	Hidden from Sales
Recurring	Scheduled to repeat
Active Jobs	Has work in progress

Filters

Filter	Options
Status	Active / Inactive
Type	Repair, Maintenance, Installation, etc.
Price range	Filter by base price
Hourly rate	Filter by hourly rate
Recurring	Yes / No

Tips

• Keep durations realistic—Schedule uses them to block time
• Update pricing whenever rates change
• Use Duplicate for seasonal variations
• Review quarterly: archive unused services, refresh descriptions

Troubleshooting

Issue	Solution
Can't create service	Check organization access
Service not in Sales	Verify status is Active
Duration incorrect	Edit service and update estimated time
