Receipt upload

Receipt requirement

Expenses over $25 require a receipt. Upload photo or PDF (drag-and-drop supported).

Bulk Import tab

Import expenses from CSV:

  1. Download the CSV template
  2. Fill in your expense data
  3. Upload the file
  4. Preview and fix any errors
  5. Run import

Tips

  • Managers should review pending expenses regularly
  • Use filters before Export CSV for targeted reports
  • Pivot view is great for budget planning
  • Log expenses same-day for accuracy
