Settings → Team, the owner's Team Management page — add people with a login you set, make someone an owner or a manager, set a new password, switch people off, read your user seats and what to buy for more, fill in the home store, pay rates and field-worker flag that Workforce and Schedule use, hide menu items for one person, and decide whether staff see cost and may change prices.
