Tabs

  • Plan: choose partner types and strategies (auto‑fills Search)
  • Search: find businesses by location, type, and radius; save promising partners
  • Reach Out: prepare outreach with email/phone and templates
  • Follow Up: track statuses and notes for ongoing partnerships

Plan

  • Browse partner types with priority and strategy guidance
  • Select a partner type to auto‑fill the Search tab and switch there
  • Fields:
    • City Name: enter a city/state, or click “My Location” to detect your location
    • Partner Type: select from recommended categories or choose “Custom”
    • Search Radius: 1–30 miles (capped by Google Places limits)
  • Actions:
    • Search Now: runs location‑based search via Google Places; shows up to 20 top results
    • Save Partner: add a result to your partner prospects; prevents duplicates
  • Results:
    • List shows name, address, phone, site and context badges (radius and location)
    • Total results shown; if zero, expand radius or adjust type
    • Errors are displayed inline (e.g., missing location/type or denied geolocation)

Reach Out

  • Compose outreach using ready hints/templates
  • Common actions: open website, start call, copy email text
  • Personalize outreach with business name and context before sending

Follow Up

  • Track outreach pipeline (e.g., Saved → Contacted → Responded → Partnership)
  • Add notes and update status as conversations progress
  • Filter and review saved partners to keep momentum

Tips

  • Start with a small radius (1–5 miles) for the quickest wins.
  • Be specific: exact addresses often return better local matches than broad city names.
  • Consider logistics (delivery/installation) when selecting partner types.

Troubleshooting

  • “My Location” requires browser geolocation permissions.
  • If no results appear, increase radius or try a nearby city.
  • If a partner appears “already saved,” it has been added to your list—check Follow Up.
