Customers Nurturing

Keep in touch with customers and build loyalty.

Tabs​

  • Customers: full customer list with advanced filters, selection, and actions
  • Groups: create and manage customer groups for targeting
  • Analytics: overview charts and metrics for your customer base

Customers tab​

  • Filters:
    • Type, Status, Tier, Marketing Consent, Risk Level, Service Level
    • Search by name, phone, email (enter at least 2 characters)
    • Reset filters to defaults
  • Selection:
    • Select one or many customers for bulk actions
    • Open a customer to view details and order history
  • Bulk actions:
    • Add to Groups: assign selected customers to one or more groups
    • Assign to Loyalty Program: enroll selected customers into a loyalty program

Groups tab​

  • Create, edit, and delete groups (tags)
  • Use groups to target campaigns and segment lists
  • Build a group from a saved segment

Analytics tab​

  • Summary insights for customer types and distribution
  • High‑level metrics to inform campaigns and retention

Customer details modal​

  • Tabs: Customer Details, Order History
  • Customer Details: view/edit profile (contact info, addresses, preferences)
  • Order History: recent orders summary with key fields
  • Actions: save changes, cancel, manage groups

Buttons​

  • Customers/Groups/Analytics: switch between tabs
  • Add new group from segment: create a group based on current segment
  • Add to Groups: open assignment dialog for selected customers
  • Assign to Loyalty Program: open loyalty dialog, pick a program, and assign
  • Open customer: click a row to open details modal
  • Save / Cancel: commit or discard changes in details
  • Refresh: reload data

Tips​

  • Use “Type” and “Tier” with Marketing Consent to build compliant audiences.
  • Start with Analytics to see where to focus (e.g., high‑value or at‑risk).

Troubleshooting​

  • If loyalty programs don’t appear, ensure programs are configured and you have org access.
  • If groups aren’t visible, refresh or check permissions.
